NICKY- OWNER
If you’re looking for someone you can truly trust with your skin, know this: I care deeply about helping you feel confident in your own skin - because I know how transformative it can be.
I’ve lived on Vancouver Island most of my life and bring that same holistic, warm, island vibe into every treatment I do. With six years of experience, I’ve seen the incredible boost that laser technology can give - whether it’s zapping away spider veins, sun spots, or unwanted hair that holds you back.
At Supernatural, my goal is simple: to help you walk out feeling like the best version of yourself. I believe beauty is about freedom - and you deserve to live confidently in your skin.

RUTH - LEAD ESTHETICIAN
With over 13 years of experience, I’ve helped so many amazing clients feel confident and radiant - whether that’s through stunning lash extensions (classic, hybrid, or volume), natural lash lifts, perfectly shaped brows, or enhancing your brows with permanent enant makeup such as; microblading and combo brows.
I love learning and growing, which is why I’ve recently expanded my expertise into laser skincare - because everyone deserves to love the skin they’re in.
Right now I'm on Maternity Leave, but I can’t wait to get back behind the chair and help you feel your absolute best - lashes, brows, skin, and all.
LANA- LEAD MASSEUSE
Following my passion for health and well-being, I began practicing holistic massage therapy in 2019 and feel deeply grateful to be doing work I love. After experiencing profound results from holistic treatments in my own life, I felt called to help others experience the same healing and balance.
I’m a Reiki Master and hold an international diploma in Nuad Bo-Rarn Thai Massage. I also have certifications in Thai Reflexology, Lomi Lomi, Hot Stone Therapy, Indian Head Massage, and practices such as Meditation and Breathwork. I integrate Trauma-Informed Care into my sessions and have studied Kinesiology and Holistic Nutrition. I’m certified through, and a member of, the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada (nhpccanada.org).
I’m passionate about helping others feel grounded, connected, and at ease - and I look forward to working with you on your healing journey.
