You can cancel or reschedule by calling or texting us at 250-619-9567 or emailing info@supernaturalesthetics.com. If you booked online, you can also manage your appointment through your confirmation email or booking portal.

We understand that life happens! Please contact us as soon as possible - while our standard policy is to charge a fee for late cancellations, we do handle true emergencies with care and compassion.

Any cancellation or no-show fee will be charged to the card on file (if applicable) or added to your next visit. The fee must be paid before booking future appointments.

If you’re running late, please let us know right away. Depending on how late you are, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service to avoid impacting other clients’ appointments. Please note that our cancellation fee may apply.
