We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty. This allows us to manage our schedule and offer the appointment time to another client.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments (no-shows), will incur a fee of 50% of the booked service total. This fee will be charged to the card on file or must be paid before booking any future appointments.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and the cancellation fee will apply.
